I.  DESIRING THE WILL OF GOD

A.  Why should I desire it?

1. Because of the mercies of God

2. Because it is good, acceptable, and perfect

B.  What should I do about it?

1. Present your bodies a living sacrifice

•  This means yielding your will

2. Do not be conformed to this world

•  This means refusing the world’s will

3. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind

•  This means thinking about God’s will

II.  DISCERNING THE WILL OF GOD

A.  Make a careful examination

B.  Make a prayerful decision

“Therefore do not be unwise,

but understand what the will of the Lord is”
