I’M A CHILD OF THE KING!

Romans 8:14-17

I.  (v.14-16) THE CERTAINTY OF OUR POSITION AS A CHILD OF GOD

A.      The experience of becoming a child of God

1.      (v.15) A definite act in the past

2.      (v.14b,16b) A definite state in the present

B.      The evidence of becoming a child of God

1.      (v.14a) You  are led by the Spirit of God

2.      (v.16) You are assured by the Spirit of God

II.  (v.15a,17) THE PRIVILEGES OF OUR POSITION AS A CHILD OF GOD

A.      (v.15a) An intimate relationship

B.      (v.17a) A secure inheritance

C.      (v.17b) A glorious future

Conclusion: Are you a child of the King?  Are you sure?
