Free from Sin

Romans 6:5

I.        We are united with Christ in His death

Christ’s death is sufficient to break sin’s hold on us

Sin has lost its authority to rule us

II.      We are united with Christ in His resurrection

Christ is the only one with power over sin

We can have victory over our sin

The gospel is the good news for both our salvation and our growth.
