A NEW CREATURE IN CHRIST

Acts 22:1-21

I. (v.3-5) BEFORE CONVERSION, SAUL WAS A GREAT SINNER

1. He was sincere
2. He was sinful

II. (v.6-10a) AT CONVERSION, SAUL MET A GREAT SAVIOR

1. He was confronted by the Lord Jesus Christ
2. He was convicted by the Lord Jesus Christ
3. He was changed by the Lord Jesus Christ

1. “I am Jesus of Nazareth”
2. “Whom you are persecuting”

1. “Lord” - what he believed about Jesus changed
2. “what shall I do?” - what he believed about his sin changed

III. (v.10b-21) AFTER CONVERSION, SAUL BECAME A GREAT SERVANT

1. He listened to the Word of God and obeyed
2. He joined with believers
3. He was baptized
4. He became a witness

Conclusion: Think through your salvation in this way.

1. It will give you greater confidence in your salvation
2. It will give you a great tool for witnessing
