PLEASING GOD (Part 3)

Hebrews 11:6

I. FAITH IS NECESSARY FOR PLEASING GOD

1. Faith is necessary for our salvation (Ephesians 2:8-9) – He is pleased when we are “in Christ”
2. Faith is necessary for our daily lives (Heb 10:38) – He is pleased when we walk with Him by faith

II. FAITH IS NECESSARY FOR COMING TO GOD

Two vital requirements:

1. Believing that He exists
2. Believing that He rewards

1. He rewards those who seek Him
2. He rewards those who seek diligently
